Any mention of the items condition is not an official grading. There may be scratches, dings, damage, and funky odors a picture may not show or that we miss when we list it. We HIGHLY recommend viewing the items at our preview so you can verify the condition of the items. *************************************** SHIPPING- We will ship your items at buyer's expense. We can ship most things under 60", but we do not ship freight items. *************************************** Audio & Video recording: Please be advised that all activities on our premises are subject to audio and video recording. Your presence here signifies your acknowledgment and consent to this policy. ********************************************************************************** YOUR ITEMS- It is the responsibility of the buyer or their agent to ensure they take all purchased items from the property. We do ask that you remove all purchased items from our building. Any items left may be disposed of: we hate to do this but have 100's of new items ready to come into the building for the next auction. Please help us keep the auctions rolling by picking up on the designated days. *************************************** CREDIT CARD HOLD: When you register there will be a $20 hold (like at a gas station) to verify your card has sufficient funds. This is not a charge and will come off your card in a day or two. *************************************** BUYERS PREMIUM-A 10% Buyers Premium is charged for all purchases. Example= Your total bid comes to $100, your total cost will be $110 plus tax ($100 items, $10 Premium). *************************************** PICK UP INFO- *Please be sure to pick up your items during the set pick-up date & bring help to load heavy items. We do not always have extra able bodies around to assist. Cock & Bull Auctions is not liable for any damage or injury if you receive help from our auction staff. If we have empty boxes in the designated areas, you’re welcome to them, but please come prepared with packing materials/boxes. Contact us in advance, if you need special pick up arrangements. Any items left behind after pickup day will be considered forfeited. Your payment card on file will be charged the full amount owed, and the item/s may be disposed of or resold. Storage fees of $7 per day and a 35% administrative fee will be applied to any amount refunded to the buyer. We need all items removed promptly in order to get the next auctions ready. *************************************** PAYMENT- CASH, good local (VA) check, or Credit Card (3% fee), accepted at checkout on pick up day. Sales tax will be charged unless you bring your reseller sales tax information. ****Your card will be automatically charged on pick up day after 6 pm if you have not paid already.**** =============================== SOFT CLOSE-The auction ends with a soft close. Items will end 5 - 7 lots per minute but they will extend back to 60 seconds if there is a bid in the last minute. *************************************** TECHNICAL ISSUES- The auction company will not be liable for lack of internet service connections or signals, any faulty equipment, failure of equipment, faulty software, failure of software, technical difficulties, or failure for any online bids that are not relayed on time to the auction company. The auction company reserves the right to extend bidding, delay bidding, continue with live bidding, or cancel bidding, without any notice to online bidders. *************************************** MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS-We assume no liability due to loss or damage to items won except the amount bid on the item. *************************************** DISPUTED BIDS: In case of a dispute over who is the high bidder, Cock & Bull Auction Co. has the sole discretion to determine the high bidder. Your bid is a legal contract. Please bid accordingly.
